PURCHASE

1. Please ensure that you have selected the correct colours or sizes.

2. Kindly ensure that you have provided us with the full and correct address. Orders that required a re-delivery will incur additional delivery fee and may result in a delay in receiving your product.

3. There are two methods of payment, via Paypal or PayNow. For PayNow users, kindly indicate your contact number as reference. 

4. Orders will only be processed, within 2 working days, once confirmation of payment is received by our admin.

5. If you have missed the QR code before payment could be made, kindly scan the QR code below or key in our UEN No. 201807746E. Company name should be indicated as Wee Meng Fashion Pte Ltd.

GIFT CARD/ DISCOUNT CODES/ PROMO CODES

1. Please ensure to input the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered when carting out.

2. Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date.

3. Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.

4. Unless otherwise stated, discount/ promo codes can be applied on New Arrivals, Bundle Deals and Back Order items. Discount codes are, however, not applicable on sales or mark-down items.

FRIENDS OF KLOSIC POINTS SYSTEM

1. Your loyalty deserves to be rewarded!

2. For every dollar you purchase with us, you will be awarded the same amount of points.

3. For every 100 points you received, you may offset $5 from your cart in your future purchase.

4. Points can be awarded to customers visiting our stores, however, they may only utilise the points for online purchase. 

5. At this point, the points that you have accumulate does not have an expiry date to it. You may choose to utilise it anytime you like.
