Refund/ Exchange Policy

Please be informed that klo'sic only accepts return or exchange of items if there are defects or items received is not what you have ordered. Exchanging of item due to wrong size purchased will be considered on a case by case basis. 

All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact, packed in clear wrapping bag. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.

Contact us via whatsapp, 86623197, or email: admin@klosic.sg with subject heading (Exchange Order No.: #XXXX) and our admin will advise you accordingly.  Do note that for any short fall of quantity of items or defective products, have to be notified to our admin within 3 days or 7 days respectively.

*Items that are on discounted price/ on event sales will not be eligible for exchange.

METHOD OF EXCHANGE

  1. You may choose to head down to our main office for the exchange or return. 

  2. You may also choose to mail back the item to our HQ Warehouse. However, do note that the cost of return transportation is at your expense.

klo'sic will always do a 1 to 1 exchange of the defect item. The replaced item will be shipped back to you at no additional shipping charges. If the item is out of stock, a refund voucher of the purchased value will be given to you instead. You may use this refund voucher in the subsequent purchase.

*As our staff in the retail store are not being trained on the online system, kindly note we will not accept any retail exchange if the item is purchased online.


SPECIAL NOTE

The following cases will not be considered as a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.

1. Most of our products are mass produced. As such, kindly give 0.5" allowance for all measurements.

2. Actual product colours may slighty differ from the picture shown due to different screen devices that have different specifications
